Since Last time......and Adventures
Today seemed like a marathon of adventure. I know a person who flies model RC airplanes. HE told me to stop by sometime he was flying , check it out, and you can go mountain biking out of the same place. SO I stopped by today. Had a blast. I actually flew a plane around for a while. It's alot harder than it looks. THese guys down there make it look like a piece of cake. WEll, I suppose with enough practice. I just kept getting my left and right screwed up, becuase when it's flying towards you, everything is backward, then away from you it's like normal. I"m just glad I had an expert hooked to my controller so when I messed up, he could make it alright again. haha I"m almost inspired enough to get one. I always wanted one when I was a kid. SO I know all about it. But it was like a dream come true to actually fly one.
Then the rest of the adventure included some mountain biking, starting at the recycling center in Sturbridge. It's sorta near 84. I head off down this cart road and somehow ended up at Bigelow HOllow. Which is not a bad thing. I actually rode there on Thursday, so I already had a map handy. That place is awesome. Then I took the Ridge Trail the whole way back. That trail is awesome. I"m not sure how it compares to other trails over there, but it had enough logs, drops , technical climbs and sweeping turns to keep your attention. I'd definitely hit that place up again. Maybe next sunday. There's also suppose to be a fun-fly, at the same place. I guess it's like a big ass party, but with remote control planes..

MIA
Of course I also enjoyed hiking, I wanted to hike up Mt. Washington.. but well, lets not go there. I did go horseback riding though. I don't really like horses,But I figured, you only live once. It was worth it. and the girl giving the tour was cute too, so I can't complain. Guess my horses name? SIlver. HI Ho..
TO sum things up, the vacation was needed, and I thoroughly enjoyed it. I wish it lasted a few more weeks.

Lessons, Retirement
Two fridays ago I spent a few hours with a friend of my dads, whom I" also known since I was younger. He's an amazing piano player. He sorta gave me a lesson. I've always been at this point where it seems I just can't get any better no matter how hard I try. To me, I can hear what is wrong, but I just dont' know how to fix it, or it doesn't sound like what the music tells me it should sound like, but I dont' know how to play it like that. So hopefully a lesson here and there will give me some inspiration and make my playing more enjoyable!

Mt.Os erruption
Of course no trip to the carnival is complete without a stop at the Female Review at Robbies' Place. Hmm. I think I almost wanted to get kicked out, just so I could say I got kicked out, of a bar in ware! It was definitly a fun, interesting time. Everyone else went back to jim's, Me being determined to a get a ride from that lady we ran into earlier, ended up walking over to Gabe's, with Pete, that girl and her friend. Needless to say that didnt' work out. I'm sure Pete would have loved the ride. What a long walk......
I'm a little fuzzy on what happend after that, I do remember talking with a few other people, then it was like 03:30, and there was not place left to sleep so I went home....
PS.. Putting Mentos into Soda does work!!!!! More experiments are needed!!

Hard Tale
Sunday brought on a busy schedule too. It actually involved me having breakfast twice, but that's ok. A bowl of oatmeal is no substitute for a ham and egg sandwich at the local restaurant with good company. Then I was offf to Holyoke , Josh and I went biking in hadley. The weather was nice, overcast, but cool and comfortable. Good riding weather. and it wasn't as greasy as I thought it was going to be. I just need to study the map of that place a little better. Everytime I go there I"m usually following someone, so I get lost easily on my own. That place freakin' rocks though. It was interesting , cause it's the first time I've road a hard tail off road in like a year. Totally different. I"m not going to go into explaining it hear. It's still just as fun!!! And that of course ended with hitting the Moan' and Dove for some exceptional brews.

Almost
It's odd, on sat Josh called me, but I missed the call. I decided to check my messages before going on a quick rip through Doc Bill's, and saw he called. He was out here, riding his bike in, but was done his ride. That would have been funny if I left earlier and ran into him. He doesnt' even live near here.. haha.. what are the odds. But we've gotta go sometime. I coudl get Jim to go too, cause I've got 2 bikes now....
Then Sat night, I went out with a friend, and some of her friends for her birthday. It turned into a drama night. Not her fault, but her friends. Wich is odd, becuase usually that never happens. I hate drama. Why can't people just have a good time? Nothing worked out as planned. I did get anihilated, that 151 could kill a horse. We were going to go downtown, springfield, chicopee... made it to WoodBridges and Johnny's. Then Max Cap for a quick drink. It was different to say the least. For the drunk that I got, I should have had way more fun.. to put it lightly.
Semi book review...
AFter reading a thought provoking, piss-you-off book, What Happened Here, by Eliot Weinberger, I became almost interested in the workings of government, but more specifically the people that make up the government. The book takes you from the 2001 Al Gore, Bush voting scam(what happened there) , to Feb in 2004, with all the hogwash, and tom-foolery that went on in between. I"ll be honest , there was material in this book I didn't totally understand, or how, but most of it I did get (once again, I hate this stuff). I'm not going to go into details of it, I read the book a few weeks ago, but it had quite a sharp point to it. Lets put it this way, I've never voted before, I think this year, I"m voting.

The Dilema
Dairy as eggs?
Eggs as dairy?
Eggs and milk products are in some circumstances grouped together under the heading of dairy, probably because fresh eggs were often sold by milkmen. For example, the Open Directory Project at one point listed cooking eggs as a subcategory of cooking dairy products. However, dictionary definitions of "dairy" are limited to milk products and, as a result, will always exclude eggs and egg products.
Beef as dairy?
Since dairy products are generally defined as foodstuffs produced from milk, rather than foodstuffs produced from a cow, beef is not considered a dairy product. Beef is not derived from milk. Dairy products include food made from (or consisting of) the milk of any animal, so if beef were to be considered a dairy product, any other meat from a milk-producing animal (e.g. goat) would be considered dairy as well.
